Sorry for my question....someone suggest me where can i find a "public" showcase or a place where put or read private announcements on a wall (for rooms, cars etc) as in university, clubs etc? Thank you

places in City Market / S-Market / Prisma usually have a public board to post announcements, selling things, etc..
