Erin (Montana) was kind enough to take me to the Sunday Vermo Sport Track swap meet in Leppavaara a few times. I've found this to be a much more honest flea market than say Hietalahti or Hakaniemi (which seem to be 3/4 professional sellers masquerading as public sellers).
Vermo is a true carboot/flea market style of swap meet. Cars unload in the parking lot and they bring their own tables or what not on which to display the wares. Lots of toys, clothing, music, books, household items. Few antiques or anything of that nature. There's plenty of parking and it is free.
