Now, there is an old couple living on my right. When I asked them if they hear something strange now and then then they were quite confused and told me, "no we hear nothing. What are you talking about?"

Sigh---It's hell getting old. I just can't hear anything anymore. Sigh

Sorry to prolong the drama. But i thought maybe someone wiser and more mature than me could offer some advice here on how to deal with this decently but retaining my dignity and male pride.

I don't know how to react to this. I have to pass these people on the dog walk run.
The furious part of me wants to march up to them and "have it out".. tell them that what they have done is disgusting and they are vile people for doing so.
The calm part of me wants to show that they have not affected my family one bit. Our happyness continues while they carry on with their miserable existance.
