It means that you both have to agree on the important decisions. She can decide about the daily stuff.
Now it is up to you to prove visiting the grandparents is an important issue. That you consider it important is not the decisive factor.

If I were your ex-wife, I think I'd use the episode to use to gather proof that shared custody isn't workable situation with you. I hope your lawyer is good enough to look after your interest and not just his paycheck.
This.

Divorce is pretty awful as it is, and too often, ppl let their personal problems with the ex impact their children. If you think you or your children may benefit, lookup for help. For example, organizations like miessakit ( miessakit.fi/en ) provide support for guys/fathers coming out of a divorce.

Ajdias , thanks for the link, but just to update you, Its not that i am against my X letting the kids to visit the grandparents, what i am against and what i am fighting for is that '' she has to be present when the kids are at their grandparents, because of the reasons i mentioned before, Hate, racism, punishing the kids ( beating ) shouting, etc ... i have evidence on all the claims that i am writing here....

Really? Something you can show in court?
(and even if you did, I would not be too sure it wouldn't be counter productive in the long term)

Things may not work for you specially if you tried to "name and shame" your wife like you intended in one of your posts, and authorities know about it.

I hope you've written everything down and taken it with you to your meeting with your lawyer. Normally this type of situation involve making a report to social services and I hope that him or her can make it clear your options, due procedure and possible outcomes.

Oombongo, '' shaming or tried to shame my X was not a secret and that has nothing to do with this post, and even if i did or i didn't it has nothing to do with this issue, that was between me and my X and this is about the Kids. ( i respect your opinion though. )

Oombongo has a point. If you start this legal fight without prove it might backfire.

If you genuinely have evidence that the grandparents beat your child, that would be your strongest case as corporal punishment is illegal here. However as it is illegal ,I would echo the comments that you should be sure that you have real evidence rather than hearsay.
