So, here you go. It's very clear. They think you'll return the money to your uncle as soon as you get the RP. To be honest, I'd think the same as well.

The de facto unwritten rule is that the money has to have been in your account for many months, at least 6 months. If your account is fresh and the money has been there for not so long, then there's a high risk that you and your uncle are planning to cheat the rules by only temporarily keeping the money in your account until you get the RP.

The following is a personal opinion: You've probably missed your chance this semester/year. Keep the money in your account until next admission season. Once you get accepted, apply for the RP and bring papers from the bank showing transactions one year behind. This way, Migri would see that the money is there for a while.
Every case is unique. You can't measure the result of your application based on arbitrary anecdotes online.

but technically....the funds were given to me by my uncle....its not my personal savings. ......so proved it origin by presenting documents from my uncle.
There's your problem.
Migri explicit states that sponsorship from family is not an accepted source of income. And of course the risk of you paying it back soon.
Based on your information the chance of success of an appeal or third application looks bleak.

Thank you all for your replies....I will do just has you say.....shift my resumption to next year, get a job and save more, and let the 6720 euro also seat there in my account till then.
Some ppl say even applying the third, even if I do it correctly may not be positive and I can never apply for any visa again as well...is this true...is this how far these can affect me???

Doing the same thing over and over again will result in the same result.
In your case, if you can prove a different source of your income you might be ok. But remember you already have 2 negative marks behind your name. The next application will be scrutinized.
