Hi

Today i visited service point in Helsinki for my RP extension.
I had to request for a quicker decision and was lucky to get the decision in under 10 mins
However i see the below. Though i read it like the extension was approved why exactly i see the below message.

17.11.2021
The decision has been made. If you cannot see the document concerning your decision, please wait patiently. You will be contacted.

17.11.2021 The card has been ordered

Seems it was a technical issue. I called the technical support to solve this instantaneously. Alternatively you can mail Migri technical support -> esupport@migri.fi
