Regarding whether I am still eligible to apply for permanent residency

I entered Finland on September 16th, 2020 and hold a work residence permit（an A permit)

Afterwards, I was exploited by my employer and received assistance from Finnish institutions and government departments.Afterwards, I obtained aresidence permit：Extended permit for victim of employer negligence or exploitation(an A permit) and
Residence permit for a victim of human trafficking(B permit)，During this period, I applied for a subsidy from Kela
I found a full-time job in May 2023 and obtained a work residence permit. Now that I am about to live there for four years, my A residence permit has been interrupted because I received a B residence permit in one of the years. Can I still apply for permanent residence in September this year?

My situation is somewhat unique, and I am also very confused now

So I have to accumulate four years of time again, and the before B permit is not included, right?
