I was past an entrepreneur, but now jobless, does this also put me to the 23 months queue when applying for citizenship?

I wonder if I could mark my previous entrepreneurship as a job in the citizenship application and put the employer as my previous company?

Your previous entrepreneurship can be checked at the push of a button, so, no, you can't dress it up as something else. From your previous posts, I gather you applied some time ago. How long ago? Did you not receive a request for information? If so, sit tight. The decision will come. Do you need citizenship for an urgent reason?

Going to apply in July, basically I need the citizenship because I want to move away from Finland for quite a few years.(I have PR on the basis of work). I started entrepreneurship last year and I have just ended it and started the company closing process. So I will be applying on the basis of exsiting saving and mention I am looking for a job.

fwiw I always assumed basing on existing savings would also put you on the long queue. Or really anything that isn't an easy-to-automatically-check work situation. But I can't say for sure, as we don't have enough data.

I've been curious about this myself... I had a toiminimi for the first year of living in Finland so I could bill a client who was abroad and work as a contractor. Now a few years later, I'm permanently employed at a Finnish company, have permanent residence, and "closed out" the toiminimi. But as I prepare to apply to citizenship next year, I wonder if that earlier work history will cause a different/longer queue for processing my application... Not that I can do anything about it, just curious how it will play out.

Like I said, there's no data. I haven't seen a single person like that here, my assumption is based on it not being possible to check automatically.

"When you apply for Finnish citizenship, you must provide a reliable account of how you have earned enough money to live in Finland. Provide documents on your income over the past 5 years. If the required period of residence is shorter than 5 years in your case, provide documents on your income for the period of residence required of you."

You will still have been an entrepreneur during the period that you need to demonstrate means of support.
