Work Contract Not Accepted

Hi,
Migri just asked me to upload a "clearer work contract", even though my employer already submitted a signed one with all details. Has anyone had Migri reject a perfectly fine contract before?
Not sure if this is a common glitch or if I should ask my employer for a completely new document.

Aren't you the only person who can submit documents for your own application? Was the rule changed?
