Hello everybody..
I am a student in germany.. I need your help on the following question..
Is it true that Nokia phones are very cheap in Finland .. if it is so . can u inform me where i can buy some...

no way, we have for instance even higher VAT (Mehrwertsteuer) than in central Europe.

In Germany you even get them for free when making a 2 years contract. Here you always have to buy them (besides that there is this new renting thing by saunalahti).

The positive thing is, though, that most shops in Finland sell both new and used phones, which ist impossible in Germany if I remember correctly.

yes u r right.. u can get phones for free or very cheap here ,, but u have to sign a 2 year contract.. which i believe now .. that it is better to buy..

I think my other half bought my phone for me in Singapore or HK. Much cheaper than here, no contract necessary and everything seems to work as normal including the guarantee. But the price difference probably wouldn't pay for your trip out there
