Did anyone else notice the article on Harri Palmu in today's Helsingin Sanomat? If anyone has influence at Hesari you could ask them to translate it for the International Edition. After a career of some 30 years in the Helsinki police aliens department, there must be A LOT of foreigners in Helsinki who have had dealings with this guy.

On topic of requests to INt HS, I'd love to see some of their articles in both finnish and english side by side.
I know this is not simple as the transalations often are cut and edited, there are layout issues and the original finnish articles are behind the firewall (subscription only) and might be seen as unfair to those paying. But the articles are already on the open to anyone who can read english, we would be happy with only a few pieces every week and the paper could boast on educating foreigners on the finnish language
