Every person, get drinked, look like more interesting, but I do not drink a wine usually and hard alkohol, because I have not this habbit and ,because the alcohol is too expencive here-the cheapest bottle/750 ml/ of kind of "Mavrud" wine costs-2 euro and vodka of "Finlandia"/1L=15 euro/...only the beer is cheap:a bottle of /Stella Artois/1/2 liter=0,50 euro.P.S. The best wodka of the world"Koskenkorva" they do not import more in Bulgaria[I will have a chance to buy it next May in Finland...!!!

When travelling through airports I often pick up a few bottles of Marques de Caceres Gran reserva and shove them in the cellar. Alko only stocks the standard & the reserva, usually goes down well.
Can't stand the stuff myself.

I used to drrink a lot of red, but given up a bit... Gato Negro Cab.S, then 'Tribal' box wine from SA... says "yummy red wine" on the box... it is
Romanian Lupu Negru was a nice find... *damn, not sold in ALKO any more*.
And how I found it - I once did "all the animals" red wine tour, so I had the French 'pig wine' and 'cow wine'...

Jessi suomi writes:"So does all of that drinking there in the Balkan peninsula make the women look better?He-he ,Probably do ,because some of finnish men ,who come to Bulgaria to travel or to spend their holidays on the bulgarian Black sea coast get merried bulgarian women, even one young boy, after finding and get merried a bulgarian girl, didn like to come back to Finland to live.....probably,the reason is not only, that in Bulgaria have a warm weather!?!

Funny you mention that Hank!
I was going to mention the Negre one but couldnt remember the "Gato" part! Didn't want to cause any confusion with the chocolates!
Anyway, I too can vouch for the Gato Negro, it sub €7 IIRC and a very suitable "second bottle of the weekend evening" or "first bottle for every evening" depending on your budget and drinking habits!

I just re-descovered red wine. Luna Negra Merlot, Chile, well the 2 liter cartoon box is handy...
, and I actually like Lindemans shiraz cabernet in 3 liters box. Just wonder why it's not in local Ullanlinna Alko, but can be found in Stockmann's Alko.
That just reminds me - should I go making some xmas shoppings
