Tuttipullot/baby bottles

Post by bntp02 » Thu Feb 08, 2007 10:23 pm

Hi there,
We are moving this summer to Finland, and I am having our 2nd child in May. I love Playtex bottles with the bags. What types of bottles do they sell in Finland? I am trying to figure out what to buy here, and then bring with me. I haven't had any luck looking online. I don't want to start with the Playtex ones, if I can't get more in Finland. Also, if you can give me any personal preferences that you have, that would be a great help too.
Thanks a lot!! :D

Most bottles that you might find elsewhere are pretty hard..
including the Avente brand( Our daughter loved it and ma son hates it).
so we switched to "Ainu"'s most soft silicon nipples.
The thing is no matter where you come from, if you cant find refills of nipples, it dont matter about the bottle.
So I suggest that you either choose Avente or come here and buy the Ainu( which in my opinion is one of the best qualities that I ve seen..even 10 times more than Avente).
After we started to use Ainu, we shipped the Avente to India to ma bro!!
So here it is all in Finnish:

I also second the Avent bottles- they have an anti-colic valve in them.
Another bottle you can get here (never tried it though) is the MAM bottle. It is also meant to be very good for colicy babies.

Thanks for your input. I know Avent also has a breastpump, so maybe I will go with that brand. :)
