Volleyball in Helsinki?

I have a friend who would like to play with a team 2-3 nights a week. Anyone know of such a team that would welcome an English-speaker?

There's a group that plays on Tuesday nights. They're not that competitive, but it's still fun to play for a scrimage. Everyone there speaks English.

Place: Pikku Huopalahti Ala-aste, Tilkankatu 19 (Pikku Huopalahti)
Time: Tuesdays 19:30 - 21:00
