England team (probable): Robinson; Carragher, P Neville, Terry, Ferdinand; Gerrard, Hargreaves, Lampard, Lennon; Rooney, Johnson.

A better question would be: does anyone know if any bars are showing it?

I'm up here visiting for the weekend and was hoping to watch the game but I see that viasat are showing some other 'interesting' choices of qualifiers.
I guess the only solution would be somewhere which has some other satellite link, skysports for example.

Krash,
You're right of course about the downloading but waiting a day and not finding out the result of a/some games like a cup final or MoTD is fine and the anticipation can be exciting, but an England qualifier! I struggle to remember watching a decent performance by an England team in a qualifying game for a long time, often the games are painful to watch. My dear old dad adopts the same tactic every game, he moans for the first 20 mins then falls asleep! The only qualifying game with any quality/excitement that i can remember is the Beckham Vs Greece match a few years back.
Nope watch it live, the dread of waiting to watch an england game is too much to bear.

At least i am justified in supporting Finland as well, is anyone here up for going to some Finland games?

haha yeah i know what you mean, and whats more suprising is how amazing the support for england is they have to be the best supported team in the world, but the fans get little reward for the their dedication. still i cant help loving england and the buzz of what european/world cup brings :)

btw the england u21 game is live on viasat at 14.25 today... gonna be great to see the first game from new wembley stadium.

I don't have a dish or whatever for viasat, i heard the result though so i think i'll have to locate the game somewhere  it sounded like a cracker right from the whistle.

Another poor England performance, watching with chinese commentary meant that i could do my own moaning rather than listening to the commentary.

Question: Why with probably the smallest strikeforce in International football did we keep hoofing the ball into the box?

I think AJ did as good a job as possible in the circumstances but the game was as predictable as any England international.
If we can't beat Andorra or at least produce a convincing display then it's time for McLaren to go in my opinion.

McLaren is tailor made for the Manchester City job. Klinsmann for England :!:  (The Sven haters would love that 8) )
