A few friends and I have been having an informal play group for our kids once a week for about the past year. We meet at Kupita Park (or somewhere indoors when the weather is bad) Tuesday afternoons.
If you are interested let me know. The kids who have been coming are between 10 months and 3 years but anyone is welcome. Also, please pass this on to any english speakers you might know in Turku. The more the merrier.
Hope you would like to join us for some running around for the kids and some adult intereaction for us.
Julia

Hi Julia,
Is this playgroup still happening?
My little girl is 3 and yes it would be good to speak to people, I am finding chatting to many Finns is like getting blood out of a stone
...and my biggest fear is becoming one of them!
With due respect many I have met are great people.
