Re: hey from where can i get this paper
I've been wondering about the same thing too, where can I get enough mental and financial capacity to get married, from what I heard, both will be exhausted after the wedding...wana81 wrote:hello all nice pople in here i have a question for you HANKfrom where can i get the capacity of marriage

Get in there...
Probably means "The certificate of no impediment "...
Marriage of foreigners
Foreign nationals can also be married at local register offices. Prior to the marriage ceremony, the foreigner must provide the local register office with a certificate from the authorities of his or her own country stating that there is nothing preventing the planned matrimony.

People do not become more irritable as they grow old - they simply stop making the effort to avoid annoying others.

Depends which country you are from ???
Letting people know is ALWAYS helpful. It also depends IF you are a resident in Finland.
I was getting married in Finland BUT WAS NOT a Registered Resident.
I as above poster advised had to simply produce a certificate of No Impediment. This is issued by YOUR Home Office. If you are divorced then after seeing the Degree Absolute, they (YOUR GOVERNMENT) simply stamp the paperwork with official Government Stamp and also give you another piece of paper an apostille (legalisation certificate) which confirms it is genuine.
This is for UK residents but may help. After you have correct paperwork the Magistratti and Church will help you. Simple once you get your Official C of NI or have your degree absolute authorised.

I do not need to know you will attend my Funeral. I would rather you call just to say Hi !!
Well for I had to get a certificate of non impediment at maistratti's insistance, so I guess if you go to maistratti they will assist you in getting one.wana81 wrote:my case is like this i wanna to get married in morocco so my future husband told me that they need it in there to get married so who have any idea thank u
