Anyone been there? is it a nice atmosphere? I need to find an upper-scale, good Chinese restaurant to go to in Helsinki. Not super fancy that it'd require a dress etc, but nice enough that it doesn't look like this - http://www.planet99.com/pix/14599_1.jpg

I think there was some restaurant in Kamppi that looked nice, but my boyfriend has already been there, and we're looking for a new place to go.

err sorry my bad-.. I didnt see the imaginary "code".. But then I would imagine that no restaurant in HEL will allow you without a dress..Chinese or Not.. More over this sounds kinky!!
