Washing machine repair

Hi,

The Whirlpool washing machine bought from a second hand shop is out of order. It's skipping steps of the programs and starting from step 3 instead of step 1. Definitely the warranty is over ( The second hand shop had provided only two months of warranty.) Do you know where I can find a service in Helsinki to repair it?

How much do I have to expect for the service charge do you think?

probably a lot more than what your washing machine is worth. Repair shops often charge 30-50e/h for the work with usually minimum of 2h of work.
