So what's your favourite and why?
I like Meira in a sandwich, Koti on hapankorppu and Auran (someone said this is the old Turun recipe?) with makkara. Never buy Turun, well it's Swedish innit.

Yup the darn swedes took our mustard. And yes, Auran sinappi is made like Turun sinappi when it still was still made here (I have no idea if they use the same recipe in Sweden, but who cares really, it can't taste the same
) It would be nice to see the sales fiugres for Turun sinappi before and after the move to Sweden
As to my favourite brand, its definitely Auran Väkevä Sinappi (the red tube). And on a grilled sausage Kotisinappi works best

I was a "Turun green" person for aeons. As of late I've grown partial to Estonian mustard. You can get it from the Estonian deli, its far more firey then the Finnish style. And then I've also got some Russian mustard, seems to be "kubanska" style. i.e. makes cossacks dance

Cheers, Hank W.
