Setting up OY - off the shelf package?

Hi,
Does anyone know if there are "off the shelf" OY companies available?
In the UK it's possible to get a ready-made company in very short time, for a small fee, naturally.
I expect in Finland the fee won't be so small, but is there some similar service available, or does anyone know an "expert" who can do all the dirty work on my behalf?
