Long Lost friend Lived in Klanettitie

Hello/Moi,

This is a long shot but I am looking for a friend I worked with in England in 1996. I need help with an address: Is Klaneettitie (4B22) an apartment complex or area of Helsinki? Is there a way to look up phone numbers in Helsinki on the internet. Simple questions but driving me crazy.
