i hear about free universities is Finland and Sweden? is that true? is for all universities? which one?

best universities of Finland have free educational systems?

Yes, Finland is the paradise of the north... everything is free, provided by the government... streets are filled with hot blondes... come on over as soon as possible...

University of Iceland is free:

And it's got lots of nifty subjects that you can study there, e.g., volcanology.

And studying in Iceland has the added bonus, just like studying in Finland, that there is no way you can learn the native language in less than ten years so there is no way to support yourself during your studies (= no parttime job) and there is no way to get a job after your studies.
