Depends on what you want to study, and to what extent.

Just as an example: there are some "distance" options available at the open university where you sign up for the studies, do it all at home and then just return the essays / sit exams. http://www.avoinyliopisto.fi/en-GB/ Ditto at the polytechnics (Universities of Applied Sciences) http://www.amk.fi/avoin/fi/

But those are fee-based courses, and you're not technically a "higher education student". That is, those studies in themselves do not lead into a higher education degree. Plus there may not be so many options available in English (guess why).

Most, and in fact I'd say all, higher education degree studies involve partaking in lectures, seminars and what have you. You'll find those listed here.

Adult education, vocational schools...? Check this out... http://www.opintoluotsi.fi/en-GB/

If you're after secondary education (lukio) -> http://www.oph.fi/etalukio/english.html

Dunno about stuff like executive MBA's and such... I guess there may be options, but most probably you'd need €€€...
