Finding an apartment in Rovaniemi?

Hello all,
Just wondering, what's the easiest way to find an apartment in Rovaniemi? What's the price range usually?
I'm moving there next month and will be living with my Finnish girlfriend. She will be studying in Rovaniemi, but I'll be away working Mon-Thu.
Any advice would be good. Thanks.
