Mostly seems to be street - My mate skates so I'll give him a call for ya. I think most people build ramps themselves.
Best bet is to check local shops and ask the kids with big pants and baseball caps to one side.

Where are you based?

ok...so here's some quick info.

There's one in helsinki near the Olympic stadium (maybe called metropoli), there's an outdoor park in / near Kupittaa, Turku, there's an indoor one on the outskirts of Turku on the road to a national park called Ruissalo...

Other cities I don;' know and..oh...I just got a link for skate parks

But if you can tell me where you are / going to be I can help you further.

Well, I wouldn't say that "Paippi" is exactly on the 'outskirts' of Turku, ~1,5km from the city centre more or less  Also, even though I've never been inside, I'd suppose one gets nice fumes from the neighbor :) There used to be some outdoor ones on the parking lot next to the football and ice-hockey halls in Nättinummi as well. And come to think of it, I've seen some smaller ramps in Runosmäki and Lauste, dunno if they're alive and well still, though.
