Hello!
How is it possible that when I need to bake something for Finnish guests I always make a mistake?
Tonight, we have for dinner my boyfriend´s brother and his girlfriend.
I am going to bake puolukkapiirakka for dessert. I baked it many times and I know it turns out good.
I bought all the ingredients, but by mistake, I took from the store´s shelf viili and not kermaviili.
Now, I know I can just go to the nearest store and buy kermaviili, but as I normally hate viili, I wouldn´t know what to do with the viili bought by mistake.
So, my question is: what happens if I bake puolukkapiirakka and put viili instead of kermaviili? Will it turn out disgusting or will it be too soft or....?
Thanks!

Re: Viili and kermaviili
just go to the store and get kermaviili...
... and then cry and say your bf doesnt love you if he doesn't eat the viili...

This. Mix it with jam or something and he should be able to eat it.Pursuivant wrote: ... and then cry and say your bf doesnt love you if he doesn't eat the viili...
