satellite receiver

hi,
I am from Egypt and was looking for any cable provider to have arabic channels, but i didn't find any.
So the solution so far to install a satellite dish receiver and point it to the hotbird or the arabsat which i know to have the kind of channels i am looking for.
the problem is i looked and didn't find someone to sell it or install it for me
can anyone tell me where i can find a shop to sell it to me and install it.
