Gym - East Helsinki

Hey all,

I have searched for this but havent found an apt previous thread so.....................

I live in Roihuvuori so any decent gym between Herttoniemi and Itäkeskus works for me transport wise.

Im just looking for the usual, mainly free weights, and a few weight machines, treadmills and a rowing machine. I am not one for going to classes such as spinning etc and I dont need fitness instructors.

I just want to keep myself tippinmg over for the winter replacing my usual winter fitness of cycling to work and sunday league football (yes, I know i could get a pair of nokian snow tyres but we ll see how that goes)

so anyone know my best local gym with a minimum of 'oranges under there arms' body builder types and posers?

A pool would be a bonus but I probably would nt use it that much so not important
