Need 16 hours of Finnish Courses

Post by hychamaz » Fri Sep 12, 2008 9:47 pm

I was hoping that someone could help. I live in Järvenpää and insteadd of traveling all the way up to Riihimaki the employment agency has given me the option of finding a Finnish language course of 16 hours per week in addition to the 4 hours of evening classes that I already take to meet the 20 hours of integration requirements. Could anyone reccomend a Finnish language class in Kerava, Helsinki, Järvenpää, etc. that would be around 16 hours a week. I would really appreciate anyones help. I have some peronal reasons why traveling to Riihimaki for 40 + hours a week is just not that possible. Thanks a million.

Check Helsingin Aikuis Lukio. They had first and second level registration in the beginning of this month. There still might be some available places.
www.helsinginaikuislukio.fi Just call them and ask.
