I've been there. If you don't mind working with kids then you could try giving H & S International School a try (if you live or are willing to work in Espoo). They run a variety of English-speaking daycare centres and afternoon clubs and are really great at employing foreigners. Generally Sol ( www.sol.fi) hires people for cleaning..
and then there are the docks/shipping companies that hires people for cleaning the ships etc..
and have you contacted your embassy to see if they can offer anything?
