I was wondering what the cheapest provider for Internet is here in Helsinki, for ADSL or wireless.
Doesn't matter about the speed.

The wireless package on www.elisa.fi for 9.95 per month at 356k, is that including everything? theres no extra charges or do u have to buy a phone or computer with it? seems pretty cheap for portable net? :o??
