Cheap photocopying in central Helsinki?

Hi,
I want to photocopy A3 size pages, and not really 'mass' photocopying, but thinking i might need to do it on a regular basis. At the library i think it costs 30c a page.
Is there somewhere cheaper? At the helsinki student building, u need a photocopying card right? is it only for students of the university?
