How works kindergarden teacher in Helsinki?

Good day. I have a few questions,maybe you can help me. I try to explain it. I doing now my final examination and then I will do the practical as kindergarden teacher here in berlin and then I want to do a practical training and then i want to work in Helsinki as a kindergarden teacher. So now I have a few questions:

How many children are in a kindergarden?
How many children are in a group and kindergarden teacher?
How is the equipment in the kindergardens/rooms? For example here in Germany we have a math corner with color numbers and so on,or we write on table table in German and in Russian. It's by you so too?
How work the kindergarden teachers in the kindergardena nd how many money do you get as kindergaren teacher?

Can you give me informations about it,or do you know a person who know it,or it gives pamphlets about it? Or had done someone a practical training by the HSAY Kindergarden in Helsinki and know how they works and look out the rooms?
