Please who can help me with any information about any university or college that offers scholarship or loan to undergraduate student,who will work there after his studies,then they will be withdrawing from his or her salaries to pay back the loan.As for now i want to continue with my CCNP there.

I see three problems with your request. Firstly, I think you may have big problems getting a student visa to come and do your undergraduate studies (if you are EU then you can do as you wish I guess). Secondly, you assume there will be a job for you when you graduate. That is quite a silly idea. It might happen, but it is nothing you can plan on. Thirdly, as the education is paid for by taxes and is thus "free", why would there be any kind of scholarship system? Again, a silly assumption to make.
