It seems even those with a job after the studies are unhappy

"Finland can not be good at everything"

One of Finland's major problems, and yes it comes perhaps the whole of the Nordic welfare society, is that everyone is so equal that there are (no)carrots that attract the really knowledgeable people. Här talar man om flyktingar och utländska studerande i samma termer och erbjuder inga särskilda morötter för att attrahera kunniga utlänningar till landet. Here one speaks of refugees and foreign students in the same way and offers no carrot to attract skilled foreigners to the country.

Well, not much of time since 20s are for parties and motherhood happens only by 30s

Well, they must know _something_ if they party through their 20s and still aren't a mother by 30
(I doubt that i'll ever become a mother)

You could always go back to India (a+b) ?
Political correctness is the belief that it's possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.

Well, just another non-EU national here.

The moot point is: 'should Finland be doing more to retain the skilled immigrants trained by its own money, at least for a while - till one gets back the tax money spend on them'

Sure, but what? Like one of those comments said: Also Finns often do jobs that are "below" their schooling.
