Opening a business

Hello to everybody!

Well, I and my family are planning to open a traditional national kitchen.
Wanted to ask, if somebody can help with hints or experience, how it is all possible.
I mean also, where better to take a loan, what is needed, what about documentation and all that kind of stuff...
