Pet transport company

We're looking for a company who can help us with the technicalities of getting our cat back to Australia. Anybody aware of such a company in Finland?

I don`t know about company, but maybe you should ask about it from airline-companies? And also from your veterinary, because the cat will need some vaccines (is that wright word for shots..?)

I have never heard about a pet transport company in Finland.

I would look for a pet transport company in Australia, which would arrange the formalities there. In Finland, you just contact the air company you wish to use, and they will give their instructions (or that company could do it for you).

Yep, i've taken care of it. The Australian AQIS website is actually pretty good about providing the step by step instructions (for anybody else transporting an animal to Australia). She's had all her shots - now i'm working through the paperwork and arranging the accomodation in Australia. It's a bit of a pain having to do it all myself - i had a transport company take care of it all before we left Australia to bring her here - but it's do-able.

From what i've read, the rules are quite strict on this matter. At least with dogs that is...
