Which of those pictures?
Sometimes trying to help on this forum is just too much like hard work

Re: Pork parts in Finnish
It looks like it is cut a bit differently in Finland.
Blade shoulder = etuselkä
Loin = kyljysselkä (the front part) and selkäpaisti (the back part)
Belly = kylki (the front part) and kuve (the back part)
Ham ≈ kinkku
Arm/shoulder = etupotka (the lower part) and lapa (the upper part)
Trotters = sorkat

Thanks for the reminder...I've been into that site before, but had kind of forgotten about it....Lots of vocabulary details...though I suppose some of the translations can be argued over...

PS...I like your tagline....though I guess what he actually said is also arguable...

But I found these two quotes attributed to him...
"The arbitrary rule of a just and enlightened prince is always bad. His virtues are the most dangerous and the surest form of seduction: they lull a people imperceptibly into the habit of loving, respecting, and serving his successor, whoever that successor may be, no matter how wicked or stupid."...I think this is self-explanatory....

and...
All things must be examined, debated, investigated without exception and without regard for anyone's feelings."....This would seem to be an apt tagline for the FinlandForum...
