Frozen Calpol / Liquid paracetamol...is it use-able?

Hi folks.

We left the Calpol in the car, and it froze..

..question is, can I still use it, since there is nothing to say I can't written on the bottle blurb and precious little on the net about using frozen medicine.

Personally, I don't recommend to use the frozen one, as it's for a child.
