Hello everyone!
I think this forum is quite useful. Thank you for making it!
I am a student in the Netherlands and I am 20 years old. I study Tourism Management, second year already, and going for an Exchange is part of my third year. I am planning to go to the University of Applied Sciences in Helsinki. However, I can't take it anymore here (in this country) and I really want to get out of here asap. I would like to go earlier to Helsinki, as early as June, and work there and explore the city a bit before getting to study. Latley I have been looking everywhere for a job there but somehow every time I reached a deadend. Do you think whether I have actually any chance to find a job if I don't speak the language there? Because if you do, then I should just better stop looking and go there only for school...
Thank you in advance for your reactions!

The prospects for a job would seem quite bleak. You should try to find and make contact with any travel agencies that cater to Dutch people and have tours to Finland. Or something similar. Then you might be able to use your language skill to get something. Or do you have any contacts from your studies that know anyone in Finland and you could use to get a job?
