I recommend to save a bit and then travel by doing voluntary work (working with a group of international people and locals on some project-- environmental, social cultural etc.: you get food and accommodation for free while you work there (for free), but there's a camp fee.

You can come for 3 month on a tourist visa, but you are not allowed to work.
So the voluntary idea is probably the only realistic option.

Theres also some international trainee exchanges, but the problem is that the economic situation is making the jobs disappear. And there are some jobs you can do without a work permit, but I don't think theres much berries that time of year.

Hi,

it is extremely difficult for a foreigner to find a job in here, especially if you do not know the language, which is also extremely difficult :ohno: . so i wouldn t come here without a work contract already settled from your home country. you might try to look for summer jobs on the internet, or think about studying here for a semester.
Good luck!
