They expect this month 25% of the building construction workers will be unemployed.
Not much chance for a job in that field.

You should look for estonian car register plates e.g. on construction places and ask there for contacts. Was it not so that some of them speak russian?

it would seem very unlikely that you could get a job here when Finnish workers do not have a job. The only chance, I think, is if you already know some people in Finland that want to hire you (do you have any friends or contacts here?). Otherwise they would never bother to import you when they can get someone who speaks Finnish and whom they can meet for an interview.

I think you should forget Finland, they want you to know about fire regulations in Finland. If they really need foreigners, they put it in english or russian for my sake.
