ASP.NET got some good video tutorials.
If you don't have a prior experience then I would suggest you to start from C for soild basic concepts.

http://www.learnvisualstudio.net/ has a lot of good videos but you have to pay for a membership. Also check out http://www.asp.net/ for tutorials etc and the forum there has lots of answers (although not always very good answers). Lastly I also like the dotnetslackers site for articles. There are many other C#/ASP sites about though. Oh this http://weblogs.asp.net/scottgu/ is a good blog to follow if your interested in asp.net, again many other good blogs out there too like http://www.hanselman.com/blog/. Too many to list in fact!

You can also get the visual express ide's which are free from Microsoft, if you do not have Visual Studio.

For good books I recomend CLR via C#, The Complete Reference C# and C# Class Design Handbook. I've found all of those really usful.
