is there some car dealers that can offer such ? a car that i can pay monthly without korko ?

That is like buying a discount. You want to buy something with 10% discount, so the seller has to put that 10% (+ little bit of extra in case you don't make your payments + interest + this + that) to the price you are initially buying.

As my dad said to one of his mates, when he wanted to get steep discount: "Tell me how many % lower price you want, so I can set initial price from which that % is calculated."

So you are going to pay interest, either it is told to you or it is hidden in the price.

Many times Delta auto has advertised that. Now is a good time to buy a car. Dealerships are getting desperate ;)
