song from finland.. need help!

im sorry if i have posted this in the wrong part of the forum, but as it is the most popular section, i thought i would most likely get a reply!

i have recently watched a video of Jón Páll Sigmarsson (R.I.P!) and the last song to play in that video ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kRe8BDUfzIo ) is 'Hærra, minn Guð, til þín'

what i desperately want to find out, is who is the actual group/artist in this video? i have already bought two versions from itunes but they arent the right one..
