where to buy novelty licence plates?

Where can I get one of those novelty finnish licence plates that are personalized? It seems every babystroller has one of those licence plates and Ive seen alot of names on them that arent finnish names, meaning they got them personalized somewhere, I believe. Does anybody know where and how much they cost? I would love to buy some for my family members and friends, but I looked at the selection at stockmanns and they have no names that even remotely resemble 'Damita'
