How can i get a job in Lappeenranta as fast as possible?

Please can someone tell me where i can get more information about Lappeenranta especially how i can get a job as soon as possible realistically?i am hoping to start School at LUT this winter soon!

Realistically? A while after you learn to speak Finnish fluently AND learn to post under the correct topic.

From some of my friends' experiences, työvoimatoimisto or employment offices are not so helpful to students.

Yes, that is because student should study, not work. There has been much brouhaha about students working and as a result of that delaying their graduation... but staffpoint etc. "rent-a-worker"-shops might like students: http://www.yritystele.fi/ta/Ty%C3%B6voi ... nta/84450/
