Getting rid of old furniture in Tampere

Hi,

Any experience on how to get rid of old furniture in Tampere ? Some of the furniture can be reused and the rest is just worth the garbage.

Also, want to throw away old computer and other old electronic equipment scrap, anyone knows how this can be done in Tampere?

Theres the recycling centre - kierrätyskeskus. They usually take the computers etc. You may need to pay some fee or maybe not.

Yeah try there... it used to be located between the main bus station and Koskikeskus. Dunno if its still there anymore. Then another used to be in the same building as the bus station but I think that they are redoing that building so don't know if they are there either. But go there to the area and check, they might still be there.

Further one question: Do you know for sure if they can take "everything" or they are picky about only re-usable things? I am renting a van for a couple of hours, and I would like to remove everything at once. I am fine to pay a fee for it !
