Russian visa agency

Does anyone know a good travel agency that can help with getting Russian visas?

I went to the Russian Embassy in Helsinki last time I went, and that was a pretty awful experience. Plus they took my Finnish Resident's Permit and refused to return it

Someone recommended nevatours.fi but they don't seem to want to reply to my emails

?? Is/was it not glued into your passport?

No. I asked for it back when I went to collect my visa, they told me that they have to keep it and if I want it back, then they'll take the visa away. The woman then walked away from me behind her counter

I reported it to the Finnish police, but they said it wasn't really an important document as I am an EU citizen.

Will be quite interesting if I have to go back to the embassy for another visa and they ask to see it again
